  • Technical issues on our end prevent you from accessing the service and remain unresolved during the first 3 days.

If your refund request is approved, 50% of the subscription fees will be refunded. We do not provide any full refunds under any circumstances.

  1. Non-refundable Circumstances

No refunds will be issued if:

  • The refund request is made more than 3 days after the delivery of the subscription.
  • Issues arise due to your internet connection, device setup, or the use of incompatible devices.
  • You are dissatisfied with the service for personal reasons, such as content availability.
  • You have violated our terms of service or acceptable use policy.

  • Full name.
  • Subscription activation date.
  • Order number.
  • Reason for the refund request.
  1. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 business days after approval and will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
